Since 2005, the Optimist Club of Quincy has made the Optimist Derby Championships one of the premiere youth events in the Tri-States.  The stock and super stock races are held on Saturday and the Super Kids races are held on Friday. Super Kids pairs children with special needs with veteran drivers to race in specially designed cars.

The Optimist Derby Championships are set for June 18 & 19, 2021. Inspection day for cars will be June 5 at Midland Paper on Hollister Whitney Parkway. We'll update you on the Quincy Derby Facebook page.
